Our new-aged and seasoned New York Strip steak from White Oak Pastures is a crowd pleaser. On the farm, we utilize farming methods that are very similar to what would have been done over 150 years ago. This leads us to a steak that is raised on healthy soils, where the animal practices natural, instinctive behaviors, and you can certainly taste the wholesome approach.
We’ve used our signature grilling salts to season this steak, and we aged the steak for seven days before selling it to our customers. Our New York Strips are deliciously lean, and with a proper sear and a low temperature finish in the oven or on the grill it will indeed satisfy and delight the palate.
