Sweet, Savory, Light.
This new sausage flavor from White Oak Pastures is a palate pleaser. We used our Heritage breed pasture-raised pork, with individually frozen peach slices blended into the sausage and a peach wine from a local winery. Adding to the mix our White Oak Pastures honey, a small amount of olive oil and a little mild Italian seasoning and we created a terrific sausage with a flavor profile designed to delight.
