Our Dark Chocolate Pistachio Rose is inspired by the timeless use of organic dried roses in Indian cuisine, where their natural floral aroma has long been used to add elegance and depth to desserts. This handcrafted bar begins with premium dark Belgian chocolate, selected for its bold cacao character and smooth, lingering finish.
Carefully layered on top are finely chopped pistachios and organic dried rose petals, creating a beautiful contrast of texture, aroma, and visual appeal. The pistachios add a buttery, nutty crunch that complements the intensity of the dark chocolate, while the rose petals release a soft, fragrant aroma as the chocolate melts. The floral notes remain delicate and balanced, enhancing the chocolate without overpowering it.
Each bar is made in small batches and hand-tempered to achieve a glossy finish and clean snap, reflecting the precision and care behind the process.
