Our caramels are still made using Great-Grandma Adeline’s recipe and a wooden handled thermometer. We define our caramels with our attention to precision. We start with quality ingredients that are slow-cooked until perfectly caramelized, finished with premium sea salt, and then hand-cut and wrapped.
