Our Steak Seasoning No. 5 came about due to popular demand. We fielded the question too many times: “Why don’t you have a steak seasoning?” Well, we got to work and here it is. Our newest spice blend is a unique blend of mineral-rich mined salt, black garlic powder, porchini and morel mushroom powders, black pepper, hot smoked Spanish paprika and Aji Limon chili powder.
Add this to your steak about 30 minutes before cooking and the salt draws the moisture out of the steak, re-hydrating the mushroom powder and the black garlic before it hits the grill or pan, making an amazing crust and adding the slightest bit of heat for you to enjoy while eating your amazing steaks or burgers.
