We craft premium, authentic Kimchi, which is a beloved traditional Korean staple. Our Kimchi was made by doing R&D for a month about four years ago, and ever since then, we’ve constantly tried to make our Kimchi as nutritious, fresh and authentic as possible. It has gained a big popularity and been sold very well with a large volume of about $20k per year as a separate item in our restaurant.
