White Oak Pastures has crafted a new sausage flavor that will both excite and amaze! It’s a bit unusual, at least to some. We use our pasture raised pork and add 10% fresh beef blood taken from the previous day’s harvest of beef. We used a Bratwurst based spice blend, added some onions and then our Blood Sausage was born! There are no preservatives or anticoagulants in this sausage. This product is certainly unique to our state.
