This process and approach make for a real authentic, timeless southern classic. Bibba’s Bites are buttery with a rich, velvety texture, and just the right bite of extra sharp cheese and a hint of cayenne. They are amazing when paired with dry sherry wine, your favorite cocktail, or simply served by themselves. The only complaint we get is that our Bibba’s Bites cheese straws “eat too fast.” I must confess, Bibba’s Bites are addictive!
