Blue Harvest Tea is a refreshing beverage handcrafted with intention from Deer Creek Farm. Made from our Certified Naturally Grown blueberries, Blue Harvest Tea captures the essence of our farm’s harvest in every bottle. What began as a simple idea—to preserve the flavor of our berries beyond the growing season—quickly grew into a signature drink that reflects the spirit of our farm.
The idea for Blue Harvest Tea was born during long summer harvests, when the heat of the day called for something cooling yet comforting. We wanted a drink that honored the flavor of our blueberries while offering the familiarity of traditional Southern tea. After many small-batch trials, tasting sessions, and experiments with herbs grown on the farm, we created a blend that felt just right: vibrant, smooth, and deeply refreshing.
Our tea begins with handpicked blueberries, harvested at peak ripeness for fullest flavor. We pair them with bold black tea, pure cane sugar, and a proprietary mix of fragrant herbs that add soft floral and earthy undertones. This careful balance creates a tea that is subtly sweet, beautifully aromatic, and bursting with authentic blueberry character without being overpowering.
