Cherry Poppin’ Vinegar

Cherry Poppin’ Live Vinegar begins with a sweet cherry wine that we make in-house, fermenting whole cherries into wine before slowly converting it into vinegar using our traditional generator method. During fermentation, the vinegar is co-fermented over dried Rainier cherries, adding extra depth, richness, and natural sweetness. Afterward, it is aged again to allow the flavors to fully round out and develop complexity.

The result is a bright yet smooth live vinegar that enhances marinades for meats and works beautifully as a daily health drink—mixed with equal parts water and honey, or blended with honey and topped with sparkling water for a refreshing spritzer. Inspired by our love of the swing band Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, it’s a lively, flavorful alternative to standard apple cider vinegar.
