Savory, Mellow, Complex.
What started as casual experimentation quickly turned into something special. We fell in love with the mellow, savory depth that fermented garlic develops over time—nothing like its raw counterpart. This seasoning begins with fresh Georgia-sourced garlic that is lacto-fermented with lemon juice and a za’atar blend, then fully submerged in a simple salt brine and allowed to ferment slowly. Once fermentation is complete, the garlic is gently dehydrated at low temperatures and ground into a fine powder to preserve its aroma and complexity.
With no fillers, preservatives, or anti-caking agents, this is pure fermented garlic flavor—bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying. It can be used anywhere you’d normally reach for garlic powder, adding warmth and umami to everyday cooking.
