Pecan Oil

Aromatic, Healthy, Flavorful.

Pecan oil is a delightfully light oil. It begins with a fairly neutral flavor and finishes with delicate notes of pecan. It is high in Vitamins E and A, Zinc, and Omega 3. Pecan Oil is 9.5% Saturated Fat (per serving) which is less than olive oil at 13.5%. The smoke temperature is 470 degrees F.  Pecan oil is good for everyday cooking: dressings, dips, sauces, marinades, sauteing, stir frying, frying, and grilling.  It can also be used as a substitute for butter, margarine, ghee, or other oils.
