Unexpected, Addictive, Multi-layered.
After an unlucky season of growing garlic and doing some online research and experimentation, Roasted Garlic and Wine Drizzle was born. Our homegrown garlic is oven-roasted and soaked in a mixture including Chardonnay wine. Once the mixture has been steeped and filtered, we add the sweetness. The result is a beautiful, layered, sweet and savory, multi-purpose sauce.
Use it on charcuterie, as a glaze, a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or on a block of cream or goat cheese as a quick appetizer. The options are endless! As a bonus, it is naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
