We couldn’t be “Atlanta Burns” without including Sherman’s Ghost. All of our sauces contain Georgia-grown ingredients, but this one feels uniquely “Georgia” to us. Not many hot sauces are fully based on Red Bell pepper, but we feel like with the addition of fresh ghosts, it makes for a truly special flavor profile. Additionally, This sauce contains kudzu root powder to give it a little extra thickness, which feels like a delightfully “Georgia” ingredient for this sauce
