Sweet, Fruity, Tangy.
There is a group of people out there who are unable to taste sauces that have hot peppers or even black pepper. We are approached many times and asked if we have a sauce that is not spicy which is contrary to our company name since the word spicy is in it. So, we found a pepper called Habanada that tastes just like a Habanero pepper but has zero capsaicin. For those who have tasted a Habanero pepper, one bite of this pepper and their memory will be triggered for the first few seconds to believe that it will burn, but the burn never shows up. Since we grow these peppers in Georgia, what better fruit to pair up this pepper with than peaches? Mangoes have been used so much, and also, not many sauce makers will use fresh peaches without “Natural Flavoring”. So, we use fresh peaches grown by Jaemor Farms in Georgia, honey from Georgia, and Vidalia Onions alongside the Habanada peppers we grow in Georgia.
This flavorful, sweet sauce allows children and those sensitive to capsaicin to experience the flavors of a pepper like a Habanero without the regret of pain and misery. This sauce is sweet, fruity, and tangy that goes great on any type of smoked meat sandwiches, pork and seafood tacos, grilled meats, and of course, fried chicken.
