Our sauce story begins over 25 years ago. I searched far and wide for the perfect BBQ sauce to suit my tastes. I looked for a sauce that was tangy, not sweet, and had no artificial smoke flavor added. I wanted a sauce that would enhance the
flavor of barbecued meats, not mask the natural wood smoke flavor. I never found the ‘perfect’ sauce, so I decided to make my own! My original sauce soon became a big hit with family, friends, and customers. But, many asked for a ‘spicer’ version. I decided jalapeños were the perfect addition to my original sauce for the perfect unique flavor, texture, and a little spicy heat.
