Maybird Confections is delighted to present our “Georgia Gems Pâte de Fruits Collection.” Pâte de fruit, meaning “fruit paste,” is a traditional French confection. They’re usually small and finished with sugar, which gives them a sparkling appearance. They’re sometimes described as little jewels or gems. The great state of Georgia offers so many flavorful fruits that we felt compelled to offer an assortment of pâte de fruit made entirely from Georgia-grown fruit. The selection will change throughout the year based on seasonal availability.
