At Deer Creek Farm we are always looking for new and meaningful ways to highlight our prized blueberries. During harvest season, there are so many blueberries, so we decided to create a muffin that tasted like the farm in summer—bright, comforting, and full of real fruit. After several small-batch experiments, we perfected a recipe that honored the natural flavor of our blueberries without overwhelming the delicate texture of the muffin.
Our Blueberry Muffin is a golden-brown, bakery-style treat crafted to showcase the vibrant taste of our Certified Naturally Grown blueberries. Each muffin begins with our farm’s freshly frozen berries, harvested at peak ripeness and folded into a tender batter infused with warm vanilla and bright citrus. Every bite delivers a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness, topped with a light, crunchy, sugary lemon crust and a soft, fluffy interior bursting with blueberries.
