Carmen’s Green Sauce originated from our family’s cherished recipe, mom’s creamy cilantro sauce. For decades, the founder’s mother, Carmen, prepared this versatile, flavorful sauce for loved ones in Caracas, Venezuela. After her passing in April of 2023, we founded Carmen’s Green Sauce, LLC to honor her legacy and share her beloved sauce with you.
Carmen’s Spicy Green Sauce is made with cilantro and habaneros, offering a unique and flavorful aroma. The combination offers a great balance of a unique flavor that doesn’t burn your taste buds but gives just enough kick to feel the heat. It can be used as a dip, sandwich topping or a complement to any meat, veggies, tacos, burritos and more! We use the finest ingredients to maintain the original essence and flavor of my mom’s recipe. We want to inspire our customers to experiment and create culinary innovations with our sauce.
