A few years ago, we wanted to find an alternative to Mexican chorizo. We loved the flavors, but not the grease. After being unable to find a convenient and reliable supply of a soy version, so we decided to make our own. From that, we developed this spice blend.
This Chorizo Spice Blend gives you the flavor of Mexican chorizo with no salt, no sugar, and no guilt. It can be used on meats, seafood, and vegetables. It has heat but not as much as usual, so consumers can adjust it to their liking.
