Crunchy Peanut PODI is where Georgia’s favorite crop meets South India’s most beloved flavor tradition. This small-batch, savory seasoning celebrates the sweetness and warmth of roasted peanuts, the sharp bite of fresh garlic, and a lively kick of red chili — all balanced with sea salt and a hint of turmeric.

In South India, “podi” means “powder,” but ours is anything but ordinary. Like Southern cooking, it’s built on patient roasting and the transformation of humble ingredients into layers of deep, soulful flavor.
