Smooth, Bold, Silky
We make chocolate “bean to bar to toffee” from our favorite fine flavor cocoa beans. We started out making chocolate to use on our toffee, but loved making chocolate so much that we didn’t want to limit it to just what we use for toffee. We’re intrigued by the unique flavor profiles in each of the fine flavor cocoa beans that we use in single origin chocolate, and we love combining cocoa beans with other ingredients to create specialty chocolates and inclusion bars.
