Our Elderberry Syrup is crafted in-house, in small batches with organic Elderberries, Elderflowers, Rosehips, Hibiscus, Lemon, Ginger and Honey. I wanted to create something completely different than a usual old-fashioned Elderberry syrup that typically has cinnamon and cloves. Our syrup is intended to be enjoyed by the spoonful, or drizzled over yogurt, added to smoothies, and shockingly, is actually SO good when paired with chocolate ice cream or confections! Think chocolate raspberry, but with elderberry instead!
