The idea originated from our desire to translate the flavors of a homemade peach cobbler into a shelf-stable jam that reflects the culinary heritage of North Georgia.
This jam is made with ripe Georgia peaches and layered with warm cobbler spices, including cinnamon and vanilla, to create depth and balance rather than simple sweetness. A carefully measured amount of peach moonshine flavor is added and fully cooked during processing, contributing a subtle, warming finish without alcohol.
