This premium quality fudge is a creamy delight bursting with maple and pecan flavors. One of our founder’s favorite childhood memories is watching the fudge makers with giant paddles working the warm fudge at various shops in the tourist towns we would visit during summer vacation. They would swirl the warm fudge across the giant marble table until it would set and be ready for the
customer. We wanted to give others the experience of fudge making, not as a spectator, but as the confectioner. We started to make fudge in our kitchen and play with different flavors. The maple walnut flavor version soon became one of the favorite flavors. We learned that making exceptional fudge requires patience, precision and passion. We dedicated days to the craft to master the skills needed to produce a sinful delight. The results of this effort show in the exceptional flavor of this hand-crafted, outrageously delicious fudge.
