Ooh là là… this pie’s got boeuf. ‘Moolin Rouge’ is our rich, comforting take on the French classic Beef Bourguignon, made with tender steak, smoky bacon, carrots, mushrooms, and pearl onions, and then slow-cooked in a red wine sauce. We then transform it into a pie, topped with our classic puff pastry, and baked to perfection. Inspired by classic French technique and a love of rich, well-crafted food, ‘Moolin Rouge’ is meant to be savored and not rushed.
