Savory, Cheesy, Crispy.
I already had an excellent cheddar Grits Bits and wanted to build on that cheesy flavor but with a little heat. I’d had a jalapeno but it scared some customers away as they were afraid it was too hot. I reached a happy medium with the Pimento as it had a bit of heat but mostly that nice red pimento we’re looking for. And what could be more Southern than Pimento Cheese?? PS: We threw in a tad of jalapeno and our spicy lovers raved right away.
And as the inventor I’d have to say it’s my fave 🙂
Great for a football snack or card game night at the house.
