This is a moist, flavorful, and decadent coffee cake that pairs well with a cup of coffee or herbal tea. My family and I are big fans of cinnamon, apple, and sweet potato-flavored baked goods.
My mother asked me to make some treats for the annual bake sale fundraiser that was hosted at her job. I usually bake chocolate chip cookies or cupcakes for this event. I decided to try something different by adding pumpkin to a cinnamon coffee cake recipe that I had.
