Back to the Basics 101 Strawberry Cobbler Homemade Baking Mix

Strawberry Cobbler Homemade Baking Mix

Irresistible, Bright, Sweet

Our Strawberry Cobbler Homemade Baking Mix base comes from the wheat berries we grow in Bleckley County. We take
the wheat berries to Junction City to be milled into flour. The Miller lifts the gate to his pond, the water rushes, which
activates the turbine, that moves the 4-foot stone mill to grind our wheat berries into flour. The fresh-milled flour is the
“secret” ingredient to our Homemade Baking Mix as it gives it a depth of flavor that’s not available through mass-produced flour.

We created the Strawberry Cobbler, because although Peach Cobbler is as common in Georgia as Apple Pie is to America,
Georgia also has a strawberry season. The sweetness of strawberries meets the richness of butter, then combined with our fresh
flour, makes a delicious recipe that many can enjoy.

Although we do it the hard way, it’s worth it to go from our wheat #berriestobakingmixes so others can enjoy the
convenience without compromise. We are the modern day Little Red Hen as we grow it, mill it, and make mixes for
consumers to bake it.
