Our Sugar Fried Pecans began as homemade holiday gifts for teachers, made by our mother using pecans from our family orchard. As our families grew, we carried on that tradition with our own children, continuing to make and share them the same way. Today, we continue that tradition together as identical twin brothers, turning a simple family recipe into a product that celebrates craftsmanship, quality and outstanding flavor.
We use premium Georgia-grown pecans, lightly coated in sugar and fried in small batches using a process that sets them apart from traditional pecan products. A final touch of salt enhances the natural richness of the pecans without overpowering them.
The result is a pecan that is crisp, balanced, and deeply nutty, with a gentle sweetness and clean finish. They are not candied, not glazed, and not greasy, just a simple, carefully crafted product that highlights the quality of the pecan itself and the tradition behind it.
