Our sourdough bread baked in a stone hearth oven is a true artisanal delight. Its golden, crispy crust encloses a light, airy
crumb full of deep flavor, the result of a slow, natural fermentation of approximately six hours that develops slightly tangy
and complex notes. Made with a gluten-free sourdough starter from a blend of brown rice and buckwheat, we feed it daily
and carefully monitor its pH to ensure stability, balanced flavor, and perfect structure. The result is a moist, tender bread
with an exceptionally airy crumb.
